Use the outline to make decisions.
For each lesson, prepare one explanation, one example, and one small action. If a slide does not support one of those jobs, move it to a supporting resource or remove it. Your audience needs a usable sequence more than a complete inventory of everything you know.
Give the invitation its own space.
Explain the next step after delivering the promised lesson. If you are making a paid offer, identify what is included, the price, and any important conditions. A useful teaching session should still deliver value to someone who does not buy.
Rehearse the transitions.
Practice moving from the opening to the first lesson, between lessons, and from the teaching into the invitation. Time the full run, including demonstrations. Leave room for questions instead of treating them as spare time.
Use the presentation checklist before going live.
